<p>with respect to the DT call later today I went through the
Bylaws DT - Input and draft responses - 30 March 2017 document
providing the following comments:</p>
<p>Item Number (IN) 1: ISPCP input was in fact "Yes" (see my
E-Mail from 13 March); no change of the DT response</p>
<p>IN 37: After heaving read the related parts in Annex D
it's more clear to me. Just leave as ISPCP input:

Or shouldn't these procedural items been elaborated by the
GNSO RT which took over similar tasks from the SCI? A
procedure is definitely needed but not of urgency.</span> </p>

is that at the end of the process we’ll be able to publish
this document in conjunction with the revised Bylaws and
GNSO Operating Procedures to serve as the background to
the proposed changes. We’ve also updated the input table
so that can be used for the next DT discussion, including
the Bylaw language for the remaining items as requested.</p>
