motion templates and the instructions for the Reconsideration Request Form. As was noted in the guidance provided by the original Bylaws Drafting Team, decisions in these types of actions can be taken under the existing GNSO Operating Procedures and via a
motion with a voting threshold of a simple majority vote of each house. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
