<p><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">On 3 May 2019, the ICANN Board of Directors approved the FY20 Operating Plan and Budget and FY20 Five Year Operating Plan Update. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:105%;font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">On 8 May, the ccNSO as a Decisional participant received a notice from the ICANN Secretary pursuant to Section 22.5(a)(v) of the ICANN Bylaws.</span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:14.0pt;line-height:105%;font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">
