Hi Amr,

Yes, it is a bit confusing.  The difficulty is that we needed to reserve a
slot for a PDP WG meeting a couple of months ago or we wouldn't have
gotten a room.  At the time we assumed the charter would be approved.
Since it was not it seemed a shame not to keep the slot.  It is rather
early I know, but we needed to choose that time to avoid conflicts with
other meetings.  We will have coffee :-)
