[gnso-contactinfo-pdp-wg] Meeting in BA?

The early morning time-slot is the curse of all/most working groups. 
While I am certain this is not intentional, this scheduling in my view 
prevents participation of a larger public instead of encouraging it. 
Maybe in the future, the priority of these meetings should be given a 
higher priority as the work of the working groups is the heart and soul 
of the ICANN multi-stakeholder model.
