Dear Rudi and Volker,

I agree that the timing of the meeting is difficult, but it really was the
only time that did not conflict with important sessions that we knew
community members also would like to attend.

Also, as part of the formal process to start the PDP WG there will be an
announcement to the community that will be broadly distributed.  It will go
out following the approval of the Charter.

Thanks indeed for indicating your interest to join the WG — we will pleased
to include you and everyone on the Charter DT!

Dear all, 

I fully agree with Volker. An early morning meeting (7am) will indeed not
create that enthusiastic environment and most probably we will miss good
participants (=volunteers) to work on this WG. Having been involved in the
charter drafting team already I have to state the very low number of
participants in that team. I’m afraid we will miss the best opportunity. My
proposal would be to try to make announcements around the whole ICANN 48
meeting and start „lobbying” for participants. Myself, I”m a candidate to
join that WG.
