Yoav and Ching, among others, have proposed that some additional language ought to be included in the Charter in order to broaden the WG's scope. Since the deadline for the submission of motions for the next GNSO Council meeting is 10 November 2013, we suggest to resurrect the Drafting Team quickly and schedule two meetings next week in order to be able to agree on the additions to the Charter and meet this tight deadline. Should translation/transliteration of contact data be mandatory for all gTLDs and all registrants or only those based in certain countries? -> Should translation/transliteration of contact data be mandatory for all gTLDs? Should it be mandatory for all registrants or only those based in certain countries? Is the third bullet point actually better replaced by something like "When should the WG's recommendations come into effect?"? Orig. <- What impact will translation/transliteration of contact data have on the whois validation as set out under the 2013 RAA?
