An early morning meeting (7am) will indeed not create that enthusiastic environment and most probably we will miss good participants (=volunteers) to work on this WG. Having been involved in the charter drafting team already I have to state the very low number of participants in that team. I’m afraid we will miss the best opportunity. My proposal would be to try to make announcements around the whole ICANN 48 meeting and start „lobbying” for participants.
