might be at this stage the most promising way to gather at least some input from

and Transliteration of Contact Information for input from the GAC and for a
meeting in Singapore.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>This has been brought to the GAC Chair’s attention. On her
behalf I must inform you that, in view of the time available and the current
number of priority matters to address by the GAC where a joint position is
essential, any joint response by the GAC to the questions raised cannot
realistically be foreseen. Nor does the time allow for a separate meeting with
the WG in Singapore.<o:p></o:p></P>
