I've posted this draft document to Kavi for the WG to review.  While we will not proceed with the actual use case, it can be used as a final deliverable for this WG in how future WGs will submit metrics requests to the GNSO Council and staff.

Document Name: DMPM Metrics Request Template
Description
This document began as a use case for requesting metrics from various 
sources as would be needed by a future working group.  While this process 
will no longer proceed, this document with modifications will act as a 
final deliverable for how WG's can request metrics.
