You will note that most of the meeting will be the first stage of the WG Signup & Management pilot, which is a demonstration of Kavi. Kavi is in consideration to challenge the issues the community experiences in not only in expressing interest to participate in groups and the difficulty experienced when signing up, but it may also address consolidation of WG management and administration processes by staff (ex. WG Signup Mgmt, Calendar/Sched, SOI, Attendance, etc..). As stated by Fadi in Singapore, this project will be essential to complement a broader effort to increase outreach and participation to those that do not normally do so.
