The idea is that this table would also facilitate further consideration by the full EPDP Team on if/how the guidance write up should be modified (see questions in column 3). <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Please focus your review on column 1 and 2 in order to identify if there are any parts of the Bird & Bird responses that should be called out. Do note that as there is overlap between some of the scenarios, any guidance flagged for scenario 1 is also applicable for the same language in scenario 2 and 3 (but may not have been specifically repeated).
