[Gnso-epdp-team] Proposed schedule of meetings and topics to be covered between now and ICANN66

The RrSG is generally supportive of adjusting our EPDP practices to
ensure that our work can be completed within the anticipated time frame,
including by scheduling additional Phase 2 meetings. We note that this
would require a total of ~4 hours of meetings each week, as well as prep
work time. A large part of today's call revolved around the significant
amount of homework that is as yet incomplete; it might be more effective
to focus our finite time on making offline progress through those
homework items, rather than having additional meetings.
