[Gnso-epdp-team] Compilation of all flagged issues

Dear EPDP Team,

 

Apologies for the additional email, but we would like to clarify the below instructions.

 

Groups are welcome to flag issues in the second list, i.e., minor typographical or can live with but change suggested; however, Janis has requested that we will not discuss any issues in the second list during tomorrow’s meeting due to timing concerns. Instead, flagged issues in the second list will NOT be incorporated into the Initial Report but will be flagged for discussion following publication.

 

Please provide your groups feedback as soon as possible but no later than Thursday 6 February at 13.00 UTC to allow the staff support team sufficient time to organize the items that are flagged for discussion. You can either send your group’s list directly to the staff support team and/or to the EPDP Team mailing list.

Please find attached the combined list of all issues flagged by EPDP Team groups.

 

Please review this list, noting, in particular, the proposed changes provided in the rightmost column. If your group cannot live with any of the proposed changes, please flag these using the corresponding numbers, and send the numbers to the Staff Support Team in advance of Thursday’s call. Proposed changes not flagged by any group are deemed to be acceptable for inclusion in the Initial Report. 

 

As you will note below, the list is divided into two sections. The first table represents the “cannot live with” items, and the second set of issues (beginning on p. 12) represents either minor typographical changes or proposed changes not rising to the level of cannot live with. However, if there are issues in the second list that your group will not accept for inclusion in the Initial Report, please also flag these using the corresponding numbers.
