Please note Question 4 has been updated to read:

"... Aspects of the recommendation that the EPDP Team is looking for specific input on have been marked with an asterisk (*) on pp. 5-6 of the Initial Report, and indicate the options that are under consideration."

    The wording should point to the report with detail as to exactly
