From this it logically flows that we would not provide content concerning the Annex. To do so would imply / impose an obligation on others to read and consider it during a time when we are moving with all due alacrity to complete the triage. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">While there is an opportunity to write about the annex in the last comment section of the last bit of our triage discussion (a “blank” comment section if you will), comments entered there will not be discussed until an appropriate time.
