recent EPDP Team deliberations and preliminary agreements. In addition, staff added proposed language in relation to EBERO, per the action item from a recent meeting (see lines 891-896 and 1348-1359) as well as to reflect the discussion in relation to disclosure
of complainant in the context of UDRP (see lines 1718-1731). As you know, there are still a couple of items that are in the process of being discussed – these will be updated accordingly. Similarly, additional changes may be made as a result of the list of
comments for further EPDP Team consideration which was shared with the agenda for the next EPDP Team meeting. Nevertheless, we hope this gives you a good idea of where the Initial Report currently stands. All items for further EPDP Team discussion should have
been flagged by now, but should you spot any errors or issues in this version, please add your comments to the google doc:
