Thanks for your work on this, and for yesterday’s discussion on the Data Elements call.<br class="">

The format of this document differs from the format of the workbooks in the Initial Report as well as the direction that the Data Elements Team agreed on for revisions to the workbooks. It’s not clear why this particular workbook would depart in format from
the other workbooks by including your proposed designations of the roles and responsibilities. We raised a comment on recommendations 13 and 14 flagging the need for flexibility in the policy recommendation language to allow for further discussions in implementation.
We’d like to make a similar suggestion that this workbook take a similar approach to other workbooks with respect to the “responsible parties” to allow for this flexibility. <br class="">
