<p><font size="-1"><font face="Verdana">The RrSG has reviewed the <a
href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uoolznpxb0JxddFZA5n9ueRkB4tjDOQQCoMeQWpbiSc/edit">SSAD
Workshee</a>t and has the following feedback in response to
the questions listed below. <br>

<p><font size="-1"><font face="Verdana"><b>General comment: </b><br>
The worksheet templates should be updated with “disclosure”
instead of “access”, to align with the definitions being
determined by the EPDP team. <br>

<p><b>1. List of topics identified (page 6) – are there any topics
missing?</b></p>
<p>Lawful basis should be expanded to also include considerations of
cross-border transfers.<br>

<p><b>2. Proposed logical order to address topics (page 7) – does
this order make sense? If not, how should it be reorganized and
why?</b><br>

<p>The order of these items makes sense, but it is unclear at what
point the EPDP team will tackle the question of what data should
be provided in a response. This is partially covered under “define
user groups”, because for each disclosure of data there must be a
corresponding purpose and legal basis, so once we know the purpose
and basis we will also know which data elements can be disclosed,
and it is partially covered under “response requirements” (see the
related charter questions), but it would be useful to have a
specific called-out topic of “what data should be provided in a
response”. <br>

identified for each topic the correct ones? What if anything is

<p>Topics will vary in the length of time required, and so none of
these target dates should be set in stone; the team needs to be
flexible to allow for full review of each topic and not be pushed
into reaching arbitrary targets. <br>

identified are the correct ones and/or identify what tasks are
