activities? Specifically, not law enforcement in the strict sense, but rather more closely aligned to public safety in the sense of detecting and responding to threats? I realize this will be difficult from a private action perspective, but I’m hoping that
government backed CERT activity can be aligned with public safety and governmental activity.
