nature. You will find the updated version attached. To facilitate your review, we accepted all previous redlines and added new language to note the mechanism to seek redress, clarified that a high volume of requests in itself is not considered abusive and
added language to the next section to make clear that SSAD should be able to receive and process a high volume of requests. We hope that this finds the appropriate balance between the different positions expressed. We will discuss this further during the EPDP
