Just as a point of information, I was at the USPTO 2 weeks ago for meetings on an unrelated matter and they let me know that they are working on a response.  They were not ready to share it yet.

Hello George and everyone,

We have not received anything yet, though we remain hopeful that the GAC is on track with preparing its proposed response to our initial solicitation for feedback. Regarding the IGOs, we expect that they may need a bit of time to respond, since our list of questions was fairly long and specific. Nonetheless, we will be sure to inform the WG if we hear anything from either group before 29 April.
