[Gnso-igo-ingo-crp] IGO PDP and ICANN 60

Hi Paul,

I'm a bit old-fashioned in my scheduling technology, relying on trusty
paper-based schedules (more advanced technology than rocks or papyrus,
though!).

Perhaps someone else will add them to Google Calendar, and can create
invites, though.
