wording, because (a) unregistered trademarks were still protected via UDRP/URS, and (b) one of the main conclusions in this PDP was to clarify that even Article 6ter registrations would/should satisfy the standing requirements of the UDRP/URS, and strictly
speaking those aren't always exactly equivalent to trademarks (they're more of a limited blocking right).<o:p></o:p></p>
