<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">When I agreed to serve as a Co-Chair of this WG I expected that it would complete its work within eighteen months. It has now been operating for almost four years, and substantial additional effort will be required
to agree upon and file a Final Report. Given that in November 2017 I started a new job with extensive responsibilities, and continue to serve as Co-Chair of the PDP WG reviewing Rights Protection Mechanisms in all gTLDs, I can no longer devote the time and
effort required to effectively and responsibly serve as a Co-Chair of this WG. I shall remain a member of this WG and participate in the wrapping up of its work.
</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;margin-bottom:8.0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:105%">
