I am very sorry to have to do this, but due to an unavoidable conflict, I
have to cancel Thursday's call.  I will be in touch in a few days to
reschedule. 

The Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy (IRTP) Part C Implementation Review Team
teleconference scheduled for Thursday 06 March 2014 at 16:00 UTC is
cancelled.
