[Gnso-impl-thickwhois-rt] Draft Thick WHOIS Implementation Plan and Schedule

Dear Thick WHOIS Implementation Review Team,

Thank you for volunteering your time and effort to provide assistance and
advice to ICANN staff on the implementation details for the Thick WHOIS
Policy. 

Please find attached a draft proposed Implementation Plan and Schedule
(TW-IPS). The TW-IPS lists the tasks of the implementation, the parties
responsible for those tasks, as well as the proposed timeline for
completion. Please take some time to review the document and consider any
input or suggestions you have regarding the proposal.

A face-to-face meeting with the ICANN Staff Thick WHOIS Implementation
Project Team and the Implementation Review Team has been scheduled during
the ICANN 50 meeting in London, Then meeting is currently scheduled for 23
Jun (Monday) at 1215pm in the Park Suite room. An invitation has been sent
to the mailing list.

We look forward to your insights and opinions on the proposed TW-IPS.
