[Gnso-impl-thickwhois-rt] Cancel save the date for Nov. 26 ?

Dear Colleagues,

After our recent doodle poll and subsequent save the dates for Nov 26, Dec 4
and Dec 18, a couple participants requested that we avoid meeting on Nov 26
as it the day before Thanksgiving (see Don¹s email below for instance).

Can I suggest the following : unless there is strong objection against this
proposal, we will cancel our save the date for Nov. 26 and we will meet
(remotely) on Thursday 4 December and Thursday 18 December, at 15:00 UTC on
both dates (invitation and remote participation details to follow).

I apologize. I apparently skimmed over the Doodle Poll message. Realizing
that a few US-types said OK to 11/26 and not presuming to speak for others
who didn¹t fill the poll out, I¹ll suggest avoiding the day before
Thanksgiving.

Dear colleagues,

 

Your assistance would be appreciated in order to schedule our next meetings,
as we are wrestling with the consideration of community workload (including
IETF next week) and the upcoming holidays season (Thanksgiving and
Christmas).

 

We think that we could probably use up to 3 meetings given our immediate
roadmap as discussed in our meeting during ICANN 51.

 

Please provide your input as soon as possible, and ideally before EOB on
Monday 11 November in this doodle poll :  http://doodle.com/4747uteebypnrfhr
(proposed times are meant to accommodate participants from Singapore all the
way to Los Angeles).
