[Gnso-impl-thickwhois-rt] Thick Whois IRT letter to GNSO Council

Hi Steve and all,

Thanks for this. I suggest that a link to the 2015 legal memo be included, or that a copy also be attached to the email carrying this letter to the Council list. It’d be an important document to refer to, particularly with many members of Council having been replaced since the memo was first produced.
