Shield and the SCCs. It looks like we will have a verdict somewhere 
around Feb 2017.
To be sure here, Schrems vs FB was the driver to invalidate Safe Harbor 
last year. I thought the update gave a good overview point by point on 
some stuff we been discussing lately.
