Sad to say I had to miss the call yesterday but I am concerned to hear 
now that data quality is allegedly once again on the table, even though 
it was not part of the PDP WG recommendations. I strongly oppose the 
introduction of such policy through the back door of implementation and 
urge that the IRT sticks to the policy that was passed by the GNSO.

Transition of thick to thin has absolutely nothing to do with data 
quality. The data that is there on the registrar side must be legally 
transitioned from many places to one place in a manner that is 
non-disruptive and easy to implement and future data must be uploaded 
directly to the one place. That is all this IRT has been tasked to develop.

Data accuracy and completeness for legacy data is a ridge to cross for 
another time. Not a part of implementing thick whois. Put it in now and 
we will not get consensus.
