Dear Thick IRT,

Per our last meeting, we agreed to check for agenda items prior to meetings.
Our next meeting is scheduled on 21 November 2017.

Please let us know if you have agenda items by 16 November 2017.
If we receive no agenda items or request for the meeting, we will cancel the meeting.

Status wise, I can report to you that we’ve received the monthly transition matrix report for .JOBS for last month.
As of 31 October 2017, 8.45% of the data has been transitioned.
