Unfortunately, we were not able to identify a time this week that would have allowed sufficient participation of both IRT members and required staff. </div><div><br></div><div>Going forward, we will change tactics and schedule meetings in advance, at regular intervals, at a set time, on a given day of the week. </div><div><br></div><div>Considering the progress made over the last few meetings and our current target of delivering a draft implementation plan for the transition from thin to thick in August, <b>we propose that the IRT meets every two weeks</b> in the next few months. Please let us know what you think of this proposal in response to this email at your earliest convenience.</div><div><br></div><div>Regarding the our next IRT meeting, we propose to organize it during the first week of May.
