My read is, the WHOIS IAG is in limbo due to the withdrawal.

be rewritten/reintroduced at the GNSO next meeting, or
thereafter.<br>

Regardless what they are going to do, I guess we need some
clarity here <br>
and the IRT should signal them?<br>
