<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">OT&E: <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Registries have submitted the required documentation to ICANN on-schedule.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Registrars have received documentation from the registries on-schedule.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Those registrars on the call reported that they have yet to test it but agreed to test soon and report back.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">So far, no technical issues have been identified.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">1 August 2017 is also a key milestone for this policy implementation.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">On this date, the registry production system goes live after 3 months of OT&E and preparation by the registrars.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">At the meeting, RRA was brought up as a concern for meeting this milestone.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Registry and registrars at the meeting reported that there are on-going activities regarding the RRA. Following the meeting, I’ve confirmed that there
is another team working this.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Therefore, the Thick IRT is to continue its focus and efforts on the implementation with the assumption that the other team will resolve the matter
in a timely manner as not to impeded the implementation.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">As for the GDPR, the IRT has already decided that this matter is out of scope when we’ve published the implementation in Feb. 2017. There is no change
to this decision and we continue to follow our implementation plan.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>
