Updates on selected agenda items:
4. Status update on community review - consent agenda & the GNSO Council
Voting Results
-- There is one comment from the Registries SG/David Maher in support of
the changes
-- The Reply Comment period has begun and ends on 20 August 2012
5. Continuing discussion -- Proxy Voting Procedure
-- Staff have determined that it is possible for the notification to go
both to the Secretariat and the Council at the same time. Staff awaits
determination by the SCI whether to institute this change, which is not a
change to the GNSO Council Operating Procedures, but merely a technical
change
