argh!  you're right.  Avri and i went back and forth on that "final review" language a while back on the list.  i then rewrote my draft.  and…

apparently forgot to post it.  

so here it is.  right at the 11th hour.  my sincere apologies for neglecting to send it along earlier.  see if this draft works better.
