Dear all,
I regret that I have not been able to submit the work on Resubmission of a Motion to IPC leadership yet. This is for three reasons:
1. Lack of clarity in relation to my last comment that I had understood that only two of the three elements may required. (You may recall I stated I did not think IPC would go for the notion that the motion must always be supported by a voter who previously voted against it.)
2. Heavy time commitments for me and others in the IPC in relation to the March 7 deadline for Public Comment on closed generics.
3. Heavy business travel to California and London all last week.
Please excuse the delay. I hope to get further clarification tomorrow and to be able to submit this topic to IPC Leadership by the end of this week.
