Dear SCI members,

Due to that fact that we had many people who could not attend today's call, any only a small number of people on the call, the SCI members on the call decided to cancel today's call.  Our next call is in two weeks on 15 May 2013 at 2000 UTC.  See: https://community.icann.org/display/gnsosci/15+May+2013.  I will send a proposed agenda shortly and a reminder of action items.
