[gnso-improvem-impl-sc] REMINDER: Election/Selection of Chair and Vice Chair for 2015

Dear Wolf-Ulrich and Amr,

As there are no procedures that prescribe the time period required for the
nominations for the election/selection of Chair and Vice Chair (just that
ideally they should be selected by the beginning of 2015), there doesn't
appear to be any reason that we cannot extend the time period in this case.
Would a one-week extension ‹ that is, until Friday, 12 December ‹ provide
enough time?
