Hi,

I think this is a great idea.  I might have used it this week for a 
motion related to the NTIA tempest.

BTW, I have to go off to the medical clinic in the morning (swollen 
finger that throbs, I know - TMI, but nothing serious).  I hope to be at 
the meeting.  But if I am not, that is why.
