[gnso-improvem-impl-sc] Consensus Call: SCI Proposals on Waiver & Voting Outside a Council Meeting

Hello again everyone,

Just a note to follow up on Ron¹s email (below) - we will close the
Consensus Call for both topics (Waiver of the 10-Day Motion Submission
Deadline and Proposal for Voting Outside a GNSO Council Meeting) this Friday
5 September. Please let us know as soon as possible, and no later than
Friday, if you or your group have any objections to either proposal. If
there are no objections or changes received by Friday 5 September 2014, the
language will be presumed to be accepted by full consensus.
