Dear all,
By way of update, the SCI report was given to the GNSO Council Saturday morning in Singapore.  The conclusion was that the two items listed as "immediate problems" should in fact be addressed by SCI.  Avri volunteered to create the scoping template for both issues.

We will not be holding any SCI calls until the scoping docs are reviewed by Council.

For those of you present in Singapore, thank you for your assistance and have a great meeting!
