All,

I had a chance to listen to the audio recording and I'm happy that the
issue concerning the constitutionality of the single interim vice-chair
conducting council business was discussed. Thanks Anne.

I had raised this issue as it relates to the whether decisions can be made
by a sole interim Vice chair where the language envisions more then one
interim Vice Chair be appointed.

I do like the suggested language proposed by Rudi , Julie etc and look
forward to seeing the 'hard'  text and having further discussion on it at
the next meeting. Thanks.
