<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Depending on the level of open items still to be discussed I tend either</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">- to send out the final draft version with a motion to the council for adoption, or</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">- to send out a doodle for a further drafting team meeting</FONT>
