When you go to the link you should get a log-in page. You should use the log-in and password that you have for the GNSO Confluence wiki. <BR>

Once you log in you will see that we have uploaded a 10-minute tutorial which explains the SOI solution and walks through each of the steps to create a new SOI.<BR>
