to address a number of issues relating to the implementation of recommendations coming out of the GNSO Improvements efforts. </span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>The SCI is currently addressing issues such as consent agenda, voting thresholds to delay a PDP and proxy voting. </span><span lang=EN-US style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>The SCI was planning to hold a teleconference meeting prior to Prague, but due to schedule conflicts, it is no longer possible to organize such a teleconference meeting. </span><span
