When faced with this, and after getting to know Mikey in San José after having joined the IRTP-Part C WG with the view of learning, Mikey told me something like: "don't be discouraged, welcome to the club, we all went through this, it takes at least 2 years, etc...". Beacuse of Mikey's advice, and at time mentoring, I am sticking to the plan, but sure would welcome so learning opportunities a bit more structured!
