However, these changes would not include modifications of the current language on the decision-making methodology. I have attached the latest version of the Charter. This includes the changes and comments suggested by the Charter Drafting Sub-Team and those suggested during discussions at various SCI meetings.</div><div><br></div><div>This also is posted in the list of documents for review for the next meeting, which will be on 08 October 2013.
