Again, this pertains to the question what happens to a motion which fails to fulfill all the stated requirements for a waiver.</div><div><br></div><div>Unfortunately, the transcript is not yet available and I have not had a chance to listen to the audio recording to extract Avri’s suggestion which Cintra had requested to be added as another option – as such, Avri, if you are able to either edit the document or send a note to the list with your suggestion, please do!
